Description: Completely stripped out and a blank canvas to be fitted out. Last out of water survey in July 2020 full thickness completed and available for inspection. During 2020 drydocking the hull was shot blasted and painted with a 2-part epoxy coating and new anodes fitted. All steeled in over the original hold and windows trough out fitted. The wooden wheelhouse is currently being replaced with a brand-new steel replacement. There is approx. 1240 square feet of accommodation ready to be fitted out. Engine space has a MAN 6-cylinder diesel engine, 100 hp that is intact and but not run up for several years.
Unfortunately, there is no mooring where currently laying. But the yard could help any buyer complete the project if needed.
